KiwiWakame Miso Soup is a delicious dish to combat a cold night. With only a few ingredients, miso soup is easy to make and KiwiWakameMekabu releases nutrients and thickens the soup.
Prep Time: 10 minutes Serves: 4
1 tsp Grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp Miso paste
Freshly chopped spring onion
KiwiWakame Seaweed Seasoning
Boil 2 litres of water.
Add KiwiWakameMekabu and simmer for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle in grated ginger.
Turn off heat and add 2 tsp of miso paste, or more if desired.
Add freshly chopped spring onion and garnish with KiwiWakame Seaweed Seasoning.
